A large groceries store’s human resource department was struggling to find the right graphic design partner for their design needs to communicate to their 10,000+ employees about open enrollment. They wanted a design partner that listened to them, made the experience enjoyable, and wouldn’t price gouge them. They also hated the fact that they had to ask their old design partners for every tiny change to the 14+ open enrollment documents, even if it was text based because the client didn’t have the software and original files to make the changes themselves.
Ethic Advertising Agency identified that although there was a lot of design work for this project, the layout could be simplified, so it lived in a PowerPoint format. This would allow the client to make content-based revisions as they please while maintaining a professional quality. Ethic Advertising Agency created the entire open enrollment project which included multiple, custom PowerPoint templates and designs for the clients, so the finished piece looked fantastic, but edit-ability was possible.
